Squire for all the whinging and whining that you have put into your opinions on how this matter could have been handled by management you could have easily just written an email yourself and asked management for clarification......

Those of us that know the track record of upstream and also know the track record of FAR had (like KKW) chose to use common sense to wait and see what it was about.....as you can see from Caths email....they did not even know...

Now if I knew that FAR management spent their time scanning chat sites for disgruntled shareholders and fabricated news articles I would sell out....

So much for the theory that because it was a court and because a judge said that $2 million was claimable on FAR that it meant it must have merit...into the dunce corner you go for a spell.
