I would take with a grain of salt the remark about FAR selling down RSSD at this point in time, the entire 15% at least. Can't see a reasonable offer/acceptance at this point of the oil price cycle, nor for that matter any " bankable" reserves as yet.
With CAP it seems pretty straight forward to me. FAR completed 3D seismic but has not exercised its right to farm in because the " licence" to the block in question has not been kept in good order. In other words, would u hand over a million bucks without a guarantee that your JV partner has maintained the right to in fact own that block? Far has done its bit. For whatever reasons CAP appears in a grey area as to its actual standing as regards legitimate ownership. Until that is sorted and made crystal clear, FAR appears right in waiting for certainty, and only then exercising its option to farm in.
