This article has stated that favourable orders have been made to CAP against FAR. Have I interpreted this incorrectly?
If the orders have been made against FAR then surely any court incl Senegal would not make orders to a company who doesn't have title and surely FAR would have made this a major part of their defense against CAP action.
Please tell me I have read the wrong article or something.
