This has already transpired.
"Cap disagrees and it has emerged that, on 21 June, a Dakar collegiate ‘court of first instance’ authorised Cap to register a lien against Far’s assets for the recovery of a $2 million debt, primarily related to the release of seismic, and has authorised seizure of such in the event of non-compliance. ..

Cap demanded an interim sequestration of $3 million, including $1.5 million worth of seismic, but Judge El Hadji Boubou Ndiaye authorised seizure of assets only up to $2 million, to be executed within three months after which the order lapses.

So FAR either pay the $2mil ( and lose "retention" on IP in the process) or take the decision on appeal... more legal costs ( going to be very costly exercise).

The cost perhaps of having become too arrogant?? More cracks starting to show.

Worrisome and losing patience fast. I mean, we figured out by yourself that a next drill was to be drilled at North SNE. We probably knew about it before FAR knew it.
Being funded through till FID no longer holds true... not the way things are panning out. How many additional holes is it now 2, or 3 which were not taken into account when making that statement about fully funded. Then the costs which is now payable to Erin (US$5mil+ ), Arbitration costs and now this "debt" ( or additional incidental legal expense which will not be cheap)..
SP at 7.7c.. go figure.
