Whiskey, FAR mgmt you would hope know their disclosure obligations. What's new about this article if true is that litigation has commenced and orders made.
FAR have been very neutral at best on info about DJ from we are unsure whether they will go ahead to the AGM where CN has said Trace/CAP don't have title.
If this article is true make no bones about it, it's disclosable and well before now. In fact when proceedings commenced.
Legal proceedings on acreage are material. We are not WPL. Yet at least.
At bare minimum this article needs to be refuted.
