I am tempted call false story... the judge mentioned is currently employed in the court of human rights in Africa. I had a read round there web site and in the about section... if I read it courectly would not deal with this type of case.
Can not find any listing of a case involving Far or Cap...
I simply searched the judges name to get to this info...
