Really not wasting time. The detail will always be articulated in favour of the party releasing info.
The issue that most are missing here is Upstream(who is not AI) have claimed litigation has taken place and an order made against FAR.
It's inappropriate to claim that one article by another publication some months ago is incorrect, so this one by Upstrean is.
FAR can spare us the detail but they do need to tell us whether court action has taken place and the orders made. If they are going to appeal they can let us know that too, but they must let us know the former. Anyone who thinks otherwise, has their head in sand.
