HBS it's highly unlikely... we're talking about wholesale replacement of large components, not repairing hairline cracks... when the Titanic hit the iceberg, the Captain didn't send the First Mate downstairs with a tube of superglue because a) it hadn't been invented, but more importantly b) because it was wholly inappropriate to the task at hand. I'm not sure how you would fit half an oil rig inside one of those small water-tight bubbles.
