    i think there's a little confusion here on q-copper's ipo; whether cape lambert raises $214m or $170m we must keep in mind that 100% of q-copper is initially owned by cape lambert. if less shares are sold in the ipo, cape lambert retains a higher ownership percentage in the remainder. NOT SUCH A BAD THING!
