Just announced to the London AIM that Cape are going to re-put their $1.30 offer to shareholders, subject to the standstill agreement being waived. It looks like all the gossip in the Financial Review and West Australian was bang on the money - Cape say in their announcement that a number of large PCG shareholders want the $1.30 to at least be put to members for consideration.
