difference is no way to get coal out of where NMR is...
once transport becomes available this baby will rocket.. unfortunately not until then. thus why they have started going after precious metals instead.. coal price low = government can buy it cheaper atm than it would cost to build a rail for NMR...
Coal quality is pretty average too, will need a washplant which costs a fair bit of capital.
