I've been doing some research into Green Lake Pty Ltd and Capel Farm. Capel Farm is a registered trademark and was registered on 30th July 2015 and updated as recently as 3rd March 2016.
Listed on the trademark are the following Classes approved for usage:
Class Goods and Services 1 5 Infant formula; fish oil for medical purposes; nutritional supplements; food for babies 2 29 Milk and milk products; dairy produce and dairy products;; yogurt; cheese; meat, meat extracts, and meat products in this class; fish and seafood; seafood products; jams, jellies; prawns (not live); edible oils and cooking oils; preserved, frozen, processed, prepared and tinned fruits and vegetables; edible fish oil 3 30 Honey and articles of food containing honey; sauces; spices; desserts; confectionery; chocolate; condiments; biscuits; tea and coffee; salt; sugar; bakery products; ice cream 4 32 Non-alcoholic beverages; juices including fruit juices; beer; concentrates and preparations for making beverages 5 33 Alcoholic beverages (except beers), including wines
Given the various classes the trademark has approval for, to me this would suggest a wide range of diary markets for Alterra milk - most of which it would seem have approval to be produced and packaged in Australia and exported fresh to China. This enables Capel Farm to stock a wide array of Australian-quality dairy products (and products that require milk for processing such as wine).
Also associated with this trademark is the distinctly Australian-styled Capel Farm logo as seen below:
