Funny you should mention that Magadan... Ive just read:
"Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Buy American rules requiring the use of U.S. goods in construction projects would be strengthened under legislation the U.S. House of Representatives is set to vote on today."
I think its more to do with Steel but if thats the way the US is headed surely they would be looking at U also.
