Capex has blown out in the DFS, BIG TIME!:
For the 400ktpa operation, total capex of $470M
For the 1Mtpa operation, total capex of $893M
RBS was forecasting capex of $400M for the 1Mtpa operation.
Share price reaction today, probably just the start of further falls over the next few months, imo.
Further, pre-tax IRR's are stated to confuse. What are the after-tax IRR's?
Discount rate of 8% seems low too.
