I have only had a cursory glance but note the estimated capex of over $300M.

Nb p127of this report highlights just how small the global supply of SOP is. RWD could actually become a significant player in the SOP market.
China consumes 45% of the worlds SOP. Look at the projected growth on p128!
Read p130, RWD (at 400ktpa) could become the worlds number one, primary producer of SOP.
Finally price outlook is MUCH stronger than for MOP.
