I think that there is a lot of unwarrented concern over Capex. Junior company's wishing to bring large deposits into production either joint venture with a major or they put everything but the mill out to contract. In the latter case the only capex required is that to construct the metallurgical and recovery plants. Other costs a paid out of production.
