Unfortunately my investment style is not really interested in what the POG 'might' do, or Helicopter Ben or whatever...I'm interested in the current numbers and potential returns based on those numbers.

My now revised spreadsheet (which includes projects at higher POGs) no longer signifies this as a compelling investment for me (based on existing resources)...but of course, compelling for me is no doubt based on different criteria than what would be compelling for others, for example as you state, someone who has expectation of a significantly higher POG..

The reason I haven't made a firm decision yet whether to offload (or hold) is I still think their is resource upside from exploration, which of course changes things substantially.
