    Well that depends on your definition of undervalued...mine is different from others of course, and imo, this is no longer undervalued based on my criteria (which are very simple ones)

    Who said they've got the capital raising away?

    What if it's at a ridiculousuly low price?

    What if *shudder* they issue CON notes (automatic sell trigger for me if they do).

    etc etc

    Why not? I have no issue with crystallising a loss if the investment is no longer compelling. If I didn't I'd still be stuck with several rubbish companies from yesteryear that still haven't done anything (eg ATV) and probably never will. Generally I sold those as soon as the story changed...and almost every single decision was the right one. I think CAPEX blowout by over 60% is definitely a 'story change'. Not saying CRC will turn into one of those...but not saying it won't either.
