Although Elcora have stated it used to do 18,000 tpa - it didn't. If you think about it - Sri Lanka's peak production was 33,000 tonnes in 1916. Do you really think Ragadera did >50% and yet it was closed? And that Bogala and Kahatagaha now only do ~5,000tpa between them. Ragadera MAY have done 18,000 tonnes over its life but definitely not that level per annum.
