Did you record your carried forward capital losses on any of your tax returns? There's a label im the supplementary section which allows this so you can keep track of them. If so, you can check old returns to get the number. Otherwise you'll have to reconstruct your records but I imagine you calculated your losses when they arose and they would be in some kind of spreadsheet or ledger? Or your tax agent's records?
