To anyone who achieves it (and who sees no downside to their own personal finances/life's circumstances, etc. then good luck to them. In the meantime, it exists simply as an academic possibility with some potential for gain. Besides, it would only take a change in the capital gains tax rules to make such a grab for cash somewhat less attractive and remunerative, carrying an even great level of risk.
