But despite the logic in your post and given that "no one can answer that question, unequivocally", the chances of nabbing that price differential (the arbitrage referred to) is probably not the outstanding, unobserved by many, financial opportunity of a lifetime. To anyone who achieves it (and who sees no downside to their own personal finances/life's circumstances, etc. then good luck to them. In the meantime, it exists simply as an academic possibility with some potential for gain. Besides, it would only take a change in the capital gains tax rules to make such a grab for cash somewhat less attractive and remunerative, carrying an even great level of risk. Guessing the correct timing yet another level of risk, of course.
