    5 years ago cyprus house prices were booming, prime beachfront land being snapped up by astute investors, thousands of savvy foreign millionaires piling into the market, robust profitable banks highly reliant on offshore funds. not to mention great lifestyle, coffee shops and restaurants, no way property prices should have fallen.
