silly example because despite some home prices falling, you still have the home asset and are enjoying it, can still rent it out and get an income if you wish (and when things get better you will still get the benefit of price increases) ....On the other hand... those renters that had their money in the banks lost it "all", and they still need somewhere to live lol

Yes folks....moral of the story....get rid of all your assets and get all cashed up because cash is king....until of course they raid your bank account and take the king to the guillotine lol
