I havent been watching closely enough of late, but have just been reading the latest presentation compared to the one produced in 2008 for memory, as i cant find a date on the document.
The earlier document listed capital costs at $40 million US and one or two posters here thought that was on the high side. The latest document lists the capital costs at $59 million US.
Do we have an explanation for the increase?
I wonder if it is substantially related to the increase in the size of the plant.
If we round the cost to $60 million US and based on PEN's assumption of 60%debt/40% equity and a 90 cent exchange rate we will have to raise equity of $26.66 million Aussie as our share.
I know we have the YA facility of $50 million and current eligibility to drawdown a total of $30 million.
Any help would be appreciated as i wish to do some further modelling of my own.
