I have been reading these old posts and nothing seems to have happened to improve the share price and again, more contracts announced??? The only real factor is the U.S dollar and increase in our dollar. Maybe they have a different system of collection over there. So can't enforce the payment of fines. Just a few ideas or is there something I am missing. Regards Dors
