capital distributions instead of income

    Hi All,
    as an investor who made some capital losses in 2009, I'm looking for some shares/unit trusts that distribute capital gains instead of 'income', so I can offset them against my carried forward capital losses.
    Can anyone suggest some shares/unit trusts paying capital distributions on a regular basis please?
