I have never seen such a bad case. If you look at the share price over the years, the large share issues and placements and consolidations it is very frightening indeed.
Last sale 16.5, rights at 12.5 - now thats a serious discount, almost 25%.

No, release says working capital and loan repayment, meaning they have problems paying their way after all these years in operation.
