Capital for Bulk sampling.

I have been here a while because the story was compelling. Unfortunately things haven't got off the ground in that period that I have held here let's say from POZ.
Can't understand why a CR has been hard to get things off the ground, still waiting for the Phosphate land sale. Even if the money is available it will take about 3-6 months to get the camp setup including commissioning the ore sorter which is still in a shed gathering dust somewhere.
Ellendale bid is another story all together which in my opinion should be granted to the right people with the ability to raise Capital quickly. Not venting just stating a fact.
