I trust that the road show is going well.

Giventhat the PAR management team is currently meeting with Bell Potter in Sydney overthe next couple days I thought I would post a plea on behalf of some loyal HotCopper Retail shareholders. I am sure that the situation regarding capital willbe front of mind for Bell Potter and other current and potentially new institutionalinvestors.

In the absence of a last minute distribution dealor a non-dilutive debt finance facility and we are forced to undertake anequity capital raise to shore up our balance sheet can you please give ALL shareholdersan opportunity to participate via a pro rata Entitlement Issue. Whilst theissue may not need to be addressed this week I just thought that I would get inearly to make sure the company get the message. There are a number of investorson this forum with significant holdings who would like the opportunity tomaintain their % shareholdings and not get diluted.
