Hi ,
Keep in mind that you got 0.4 nem shares for every ncm share .
So ,if you sold a part of your holdings , say 100 nem shares , then you have , in effect sold 250 of your old shares .
Pick whichever of your old ncm shares that give you the best tax outcome.
After that follow Grajem's advice , assuming that the shares were in your personal account.
Anybody feel free to scoff and point out any errors in my opinion, as I plan to sell some soon. Cheers
