Capital Gains Tax Reduction Question, page-10

I'm a trader as per the ASX.

I hold a stock 1,000 shares at a profit for 13 months.
I hold a stock 1,000 shares at a profit for 40 months.

The ATO says no on the 13 months but yes on the 40 months.
what about 14, 15, 16, 17 months (where's the number?)

My question...
is the CGT is 12 months. Why am I NOT getting the CGT at 13 months.
If i'm a trader and the rules are different. Why aren't they written down.

No one, including the ATO can or will answer.
