could any body shed any light on the capital gains tax implications on the take over. i have held wrk for over 12 months with an average cost around 12 cents. for income tax i am classed as a trader. i am happy enough to be a atlas share holder as have held before and think this will be a good move foward for warwick but do i get hit with capital gains tax on the deal when no cash changes hands
