I have also done a similar transfer of a portion of my NEU shares into my SMSF.
Each person in the SMSF will have their own personal balance cap - which after July 1 2023 stands at $1.9 million - any lump sum transfer above that amount will incur CGT of 10%. This has been the professional advice provided to me by my Accountants - but please double check your situation with an Accountant (probably the best $$ you will spend)
