CER underwent a restructure 2Dec11 and the result was a new entity which traded as CRF. However CER security holders were entitled to; 1 CRF security for every 5.29 CER securities.
5.29
That’s how many CER shares you needed to be entitled to 1 CRF share when CER stopped trading at 32 cents and entered a restructure.
This is the downright nonsense of a claim that CER went from 2 cents to $2.00----it didn’t!----CER stopped trading at 32 cents, the new entity CRF traded between ~$1.80-$2.10 but CER shareholders had to give up 5.29 shares to get 1 CRF share.
