    Speaking of housing shortages and rentals;
    Can you imagine the implications for renters, when the NRAS ends in June 2026, which the Gov says it will not be extending.
    NRAS gives renters a 20% reduction in rent, to help the lower end.

    According to the net, June 2020 there were 33,000 of these in Australia.
    Rents will have to go up by Landlords by at least 20% and even then, they will be getting less money for the properties, as compared to while the NRAS is still in play.
    (The latter there (less), may depend on the rent amount in each area, as the Gov subsidizes each property with $12,600 odd per yr to the Landlord).
