    This is how the govt introduces the new taxes you wealthy lot won't like.

    1) Invite non govt types to give talks saying such things are needed eg

    CBA boss says wealth should be taxed higher, not income (msn.com)

    2) Then say due to community calls .... ie don't blame us...

    3) say the budget requires it > again dont blame us if you want medicare etc etc
