Yes, it is obviously a game you would need to know well, otherwise stay out of it, not my area.
Some of the penny stocks, I have noticed that, if you watch them enough, their up's and downs become quite predictable for a period and you could hop in and out and do quite well.
But I only occasionally look and no touch lol.
