I think the issue here could be some games being played around the 2 cent options
They expire OCT 2020 and they were given to the original IPO holders
I believe there are still 90 mil of them
If the options do not get converted I believe the company can still place this stock @ 2 cents to larger holders rather than it going to lots of small ones
Just my thoughts - I think this may create some buying opportunities under 2 this month
