Lots of questions around how the firm was planning to keep their best (at billing clients) lawyers with a rewards structure that would see shareholders taking a chunk rather than the partners getting the full share / bonuses for the more junior lawyers.
Still makes me wonder how $AFL have structured their employee rewards to remain competitive with shareholders here getting what seems to be the majority of the profits?
