Liquidation is on its way. I received an email letter from Grant Thornton today.
"Based on liquidation recoveries to date and the outcome of our investigations into the Company’s affairs, therewill be no return to shareholders of the Company.
Shareholders may be able to write off any shares held in the Company. Shareholders should seek their own advice in this regard.
We intend to finalise the liquidation shortly after which the Company will be deregistered by ASIC."
Looks like it's all over imminently and we can write this off for FY24.....
