On 20 October 2023, Robyn Erskine and Iwere appointed Joint & Several Liquidators of Sensera Ltd (In MembersVoluntary Liquidation). This is a solvent liquidation. The Company made an initial return of capital on 19 September 2023 and anothersmall capital return is expected in the foreseeable future. We have notbeen able to process all dividend payments in the initial capital return asmany shareholders have not provided bank account details. Ifshareholders fail to either update their banking details or verify theirmailing address then any dividends / return of capital due to theseshareholders will be sent to the ASIC (unclaimed monies) pursuant to Section544 of the Corporations Act.
