Capital Management - will we get an update in the Mar 22 Quarterly, page-10

I have drifted away from the main purpose of starting this thread, the desire/need for a
Capital Management Framework/Guidelines/Principles announcement (similar to STO)
that would be greatly appreciated by shareholders, or at least this shareholder.

The framework does not have to be, nor should it be,

• dependent on 12-8-E performance, nor
• the price of oil

Even a knockout acquisition (unlikely IMO) could be accommodated, as funding would likely be

1. RBL secured by our assets and the acquired asset(s)
2. cash generation from existing assets (reduce or stop capital distribution) which, depending on timing, could be well before a "deal date", i.e., during finalisation phase..
3. cash generated from acquired asset between "deal date" and "settlement date". This can be significant, especially if the deal is a "cracker". Our criteria?
