    On Market buyback might be a bit tough to manage given how thinly the stock is traded and that a 0.5 c incremental movement at these levels is ~ 4% change in market price. The 7.33 listing rule only allows a buyback to purchase stock at 5% higher than the VWAP for the proceeding 5 days. So it would be a case of purchasing at a higher level (e.g. 13.0 c) , wait at that level for a few days (for the VWAP to go up) and then purchase at the next level (e.g. 13.5 c). Not impossible but a PITA.

    Not as big an issue last year as we were sub 10c and trading at 0.1c increments.

    Any thoughts GDN on a consolidation/off market buy back? You NZ scenario makes sense, pity we don't have any franking credits here to do the same thing. Could we issue some options as an incentive to participate in an off market buy back?

    It would be a nice problem to have !
