Off Market BB
It may be possible to have 2 BB options
a) one with a NZ franked dividend at a lower price, say 10% to 15% less, but higher with the franking credit
b) the other with all capital at a higher price.
- HZN cash cost lower
- NZ residents get a better deal (including franking credits) = higher acceptance (buy on marlet)
- AU/Other get more cash than NZ residents
Win-Win? As I said before, I don't know if this is practical.
