The big potential bonus with NSE compared to BUR is its shale gas story. So even if the Wilcox gas plays are not company makers, provided that they pay there way (which they easily look like doing), we still have shale gas.
TH was for a capital raising as stated in the ASX release.
It will be interesting if the shares go to a big shale gas producer. Or should NSE keep these guys off their books to generate a bidding frenzy if things go well.
