Well it was a surprise t.o see the company come back to a specfic segment of the market and offer more capital notes.
It was a bigger surprise that the request for funds was 40 % of the companies market cap at that time. Must be a record of sorts.
While the cap raise may prove to be a great company move or not so the last few days have brought a bigger surprise.

No its not the SP rising 30% in a few days or the 10 mill buy orders going through
The biggest surprise has been the lack of capital notes already issued being converted into shares. As each day passes the conversion ratio of the 10 day moving average gets higher which means these note holders will receive less shares than they could . They may never see such a great conversion rate again.
It did appear the share price was being forced downfor months to allow a better conversion rate. Now with a current note offer available these very same clients of Novus are being asked to dig deeper than ever before.

With most note holders expected to be shareholders as well as capital note holders any new raise should see share sales or notes converted at the discount to take up the new offer. That is raise some cash.
Instead of this natural process there has been the opposite. Existing note holders have not made a move as yet to raise cash via converting into shares and then selling to take up the new notes.
Seams like GGP is trading in its own world and may have gathered some new interests who have their own reality of the companies value.
New shareholders would be a welcolme sign that the prediction some long term believers that post here are right that the company has a bright future.

Still can't believe that these SI capital note holders are watching a great oppotunity pass them by.
