Given the recent oversubscription, they are clearly taking advantage of a positive attitude.
Sensible move.
But Shareholders will want to see strong management decisions that create cash flow from Oil sales.
6 months in my opinion, if they dont see good management decisions, it will be " its a Good day for a walk" time.
