Who would participate in a C.R. or placement at current, or higher S.P. ?

I can't fathom why you can't see that they need cash, and soon,

seeing as how little they have left at the end of this qtr.

Even "selling" gold, when processing a lousy 85 tpd,

will give them how many $$$ in sales?

Certainly nowhere near the current and previous

qtrly forecasts of $2 mill.

If production starts at the end of this month...………………………….

" Processing is expected to commence before the end of February. "

Not even sure themselves if it will, note the word 'expected' to commence.

So 2 weeks of production this qtr, plus approx. $500,000 cash

to start next qtr off.

NOT looking good.
