1038 [Dow Jones] With one of AMP's (AMP) 2 annual London board meetings due
next week, CEO Andrew Mohl to combine trip with visits to institutional
investors in UK and US. Demerger the obvious topic for discussion. Shares rising
again today, up 7 cents at A$5.28, likely buoyed by speculation some
institutions happy to help UBS Warburg with shortfall from retail share purchase
plan. Announcement on shortfall expected from AMP tomorrow. (BAM)
