I agree with your sentiment (and that Sikorsky is/was the party involved).

While I have not seen the paperwork, I think I will struggle to tip more $$ into the company when there has been a complete lack of any concrete deals after all this time (I don't consider deals with research institutions much to crow about). I think the number of heads of agreement etc are unhelpful; a lot of interest, but that's where it seems to end.

A deal to show some light at the end of the tunnel would have been helpful prior to CR, but at this point I can't help but think it just looks like more money raised to simply continue on with (lack of) business as usual.
